mosquito Xtal3使蛋白質結晶篩選微量化，使用一次性注射針，杜絕蛋白質樣品污染。
自動化進行所有蛋白結晶實驗的點樣，包括懸滴、座滴、接種以及添加劑的實驗，操作簡便，使用者只需選擇合適的加樣程序即可。

mosquito Xtal3加樣準確，可重複性高，這意味著每次點樣都可以精確點在座滴板附孔的位置，大幅減少了液滴掛壁以及液滴不重合的問題。

精確的點樣也更容易實現自動化分析，使得蛋白質結晶篩選變得更加簡便。
